Transcendental Meditation. A Simple Mental Technique

Anyone can practise Transcendental Meditation.

Transcendental Meditation is a simple mental technique, which gives a unique quality of rest to mind and body. The technique allows the activity of the mind to settle down in a natural way until it is left quiet, yet wide awake. It allows stress and tiredness to be dissolved in a natural way, resulting in greater energy, clarity and enjoyment of life.

Which only takes 20 minutes

Transcendental meditation takes just 20 minutes, twice a day, sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. It can be practised anywhere, even on a train. People often find that the extra energy and clarity gained from transcendental meditation effectively saves them time.

And you could look and feel better immediately

The long-term benefits of regular practice of Transcendental Meditation are cumulative, but new meditators often notice that they look and feel better almost immediately. Transcendental meditation will not interfere with your existing beliefs - it is a simple mental technique. The practice does not conflict with any beliefs, religious or otherwise; yet at the same time, people often find that regular meditation gives clarity and perspective to their highest aspirations.

"Those 20 minutes of silence were the quietest I had known for a long, long time. I felt I got in touch with my self, that inner peace, that person I am."
